Our Quarter Pipe Kits are perfect for any skill level and can fit in any number of spaces. These things are done right! And, they are SOLID! 8’ transitions and a smooth and solid transition to the ground!
 
All of our Quarter Pipe kits come standard with:
5/8” thick plywood templates
2 x 4 framing
2 layers of 3/8” thick plywood sub-sheeting
¼” thick Finnish Birch top sheeting.
-12 ga. Galvanized thresholds
REAL 2”, sch. 40 coping

All plywood used in our ramp kits is exterior grade plywood and is all cut on a CNC router to ensure accuracy and an easy fit. Our 5/8” templates are available in ¾” thick exterior grade plywood as a custom upgrade. As with our other kits, the templates on the quarter pipe kits are cut and drilled for standard 2 x 4 framing, but designed to be able to accept 2 x 6 framing as well.
 
Heights start at 3 feet tall and go all the way up to 6 feet tall, so they work for any level of rider. The kits are available in 4 and 6 foot widths, and come standard with section to section connection points. This allows you to make nearly any width or combination of quarter pipe you would like.
 
If you want your ramp to last as long as possible, upgrade to ¼” thick Gatorskins Ramp Sheeting. This material is incredibly weather-resistant, available in several color choices, and is actually made for skateboarding! Keep it safe for everyone in the neighborhood, and add a Steel Railing Kit for the backs of your ramps.
